highgrove has a distribution relationship with Consist, not a standard reseller arrangement. This means highgrove is the UK home for PrintBOS / PB Digital — handling UK sales, implementation, integration and all UK 1st-line technical support. Consist is the global publisher (founded 1972, 1,000+ staff).

Platform agnostic

IBM i or not — PrintBOS works with your platform.

IBM i integration is a genuine strength — highgrove runs PrintBOS in native IBM i environments, including at Magna. But the platform works equally well with SAP, Oracle, other ERP and any system that produces output. IBM i is not a prerequisite.

Do we need IBM i to use PrintBOS?

No. PrintBOS / PB Digital works with any platform. IBM i integration is a strength for clients who need it, not a requirement for those who don't.

Can it integrate with our ERP?

Yes. highgrove has integrated PrintBOS with IBM i ERP, Mangrove, SAP, Oracle and bespoke systems. Integration is a core part of the service.

What does UK support cover?

highgrove is the only UK technical support centre for PrintBOS / PB Digital. All UK 1st-line support goes through highgrove. We manage the relationship with Consist for escalation as needed.

How does this work alongside PaperVision or ABBYY?

highgrove also supports PaperVision (DMS) and ABBYY FlexiCapture (capture/OCR) — complementary tools that cover document input and storage alongside PrintBOS output management.
